Beautiful restaurant and a great selection of natural wines. The chef is deeply into the wine and designed this excellent menu for food pairing. The lamb plate with wild garlic mayo and grilled peach was a highlight. All ingredients are sourced from local farms or small allotments, so they are super fresh and wholesome like this miso butter radish plate. The whipped goat cheese with tomato topped with buckwheat has to be my second favourite, it’s a perfect balance of taste and texture. The asparagus plate is full of surprises, perfectly grilled and the gribiche is very delicious!
